decent stay, some minor drawbacks
helpful staff great location solo traveler small room bed position no closet
the staff were very helpful, always ready to assist. the location was great, near many attractions, i felt very confortable when i explored all landmarks. my room had everything i needed for my solo travels.
The rooms is very small. There wasn't much space to move around. the bed was positioned against the wall. This made it a bit awkward to get in and out. there aren't any closet or drawer in the room, i had to keep my clothes in my luggage.

The hotel served breakfast that included coffee, danish pastry, and fruit. heated cheese and tomato wraps, cereal, and yoghurt were also available. the staff was polite. Rob was particularly helpful, and i liked the free wine and cheese tasting on saturday, it looked like a great experience! the location was excellent for accessing the west end.
My mattress felt uncomfortable, and i found marks on the wall. There was also some mould by the windows, unfortunately.

the hotel sits right in the theatre district and near several pubs. a police station nearby also provides an additional sense of security? which i found comforting.

Breakfast included a variety of options like pastries, cereal, and fruit! the coffee was good, and the heated wraps were a nice option. The price was fair for the area.

the hotel provided tea and coffee-making equipment, very convenient. there was also a long mirror in the room, useful, and usb sockets were a convenient addition.

The room was clean and modern, and it included a good selection of coffee and hot chocolate. bottled water was also provided. This compact room had everything i needed, including a hairdryer.

clean room friendly staff unclean mugs small room
The location was indeed perfect! It was super easy to find. The hotel was close to everything, like a tender love, so convenient! The staff were really friendly and always available. The room was super clean and cozy. It reminded me of a dream!
The mugs were not properly cleaned even after they cleaned my room. It was a bit off-putting. The room was smaller than I expected! That was a pity. But it's okay since you should really stay out.
